Shipping Costs

  • Exchanges Due to Our Error: If the exchange is a result of our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Exchanges: For exchanges not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
